Engage your team with focus

then engage your team with some of the following questions:

• What would happen if we all focused on this for the next week?

• How do you think we can keep this focus this week?

• What do we need to change to be able to use this?

• What difference would it make to our customers if we did this?

Then get agreement from everyone they will use / focus on the topic and tell them we will be looking at results / outcomes at the next meeting.
